This website is operated by Xenium Cloud Technologies, Utrecht, the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). Ancoravia is a product of Xenium Cloud Technologies, built on XePlatform. We are the controller for personal data collected through this website.

What We Collect

When you contact us, your email app sends us the details you choose to include, such as your name, organisation, email address and message. We use them only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry.

We set one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you accept optional cookies, we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Legal Basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and analytics data only with your consent.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship requires longer retention. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Sharing

We use a small number of processors, such as our email and hosting providers, under data-processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

This policy covers this website only. Data processed by Ancoravia for customers runs in the customer’s own infrastructure and is governed by the customer agreement and data-processing agreement.
